Zoya and Liz met while working together at a cocktail bar on Hertel, where an instant connection formed through a shared passion for hospitality, creativity, and craft cocktails. After months of dreaming, planning, and talking about starting a business of our own, we decided to turn the idea into reality, and Glass and Garnish was born!
